Holiday party

I was late for the party, but it kept on rolling for those of us that worked late, but....Christmas at the Cortes' was really nice! Loooots of food, and their precious daughter has the deepest brown eyes that she constantly uses to keep a watch on daddy. I think she photography too just like daddy!

Beautiful day

It's unseasonably warm here in Atlanta today. It's mid-December and
folks are wearing shorts and riding a/convertible tops down. It's
freakin' California!

Visa

I am officially perturbed by the Visa commercial's that make it seem
the world comes too a grinding halt if you pay for store purchases
with anything other than a credit/debit card

Was it Lost or Stolen?

So if you have a credit card that insures purchases for "x" days since purchase, mine was with hilton visa, how do you get it replaced?
First, it has to be STOLEN.
You need a police report.
Then they will file it and give you a replacement.

If it is lost, they call it, mysterious disappearance, they will have nothing to do with you.

Which leads me to ask,

If you "lost" something in a store and go back for it and it is not there, and nobody finds it, is the item then stolen?

Credit card rewards tip

When buy products using airline credit card, before paying it off, and you should pay it off by the end of the month, transfer the balace to another rewards card, and pay the balance off there. 

This way you earn points for both cards with a single purchase.
